To ensure you are listed in the Pride Guide, we highly encourage you to register by 9/15.

501(c)3 (or Gov't/Edu/Relig)*: $225

Other Nonprofit (Member Org, Political): $300

Small For-Profit**: $525

Large For-Profit**: $675

Food Trucks***: $500

  • Vendor Booths (other than Food Trucks) include a 10x10 tent, 6' table, and two folding chairs.

  • *To be eligible for 501(c)3 nonprofit pricing, you must email proof of 501c3 status to  Government, First Responders (fire/police/etc), and Educational/Religious Institutions are considered to fall into this category.

  • **Small For-Profit is defined as a company that has an annual revenue below $5M; Large For-Profit applies to companies with over $5M in yearly revenue.  Annual revenue is calculated at the participating location level (i.e. a franchise would pay based on their location's revenue, not total corporate revenue)

  • ***Food trucks include a 10'x10' space only (not tent needed).  If you require tents, or a larger footprint, please go ahead and register as a vendor, then contact us at to discuss arrangements.  ALL food vendors MUST provide proof of liability insurance AND achieve a Fairfax County Food Permit PRIOR to September 15th, and send proof of both to

  • Add-On Opportunities (must be registering as a vendor or sponsor as well; if an advertisement without vendor status is desired, please contact for non-vendor pricing):

  • Electricity (extension cord provided; must bring own power strip): $150

  • Full-Page Pride Guide Advertisement (5.5"w X 8.5"h): $275

  • Half-Page Pride Guide Advertisement (5.5"w X 4.25"h): $175

  • Banner Ad on NOVA Pride Home Page: $75/month
